Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs of € 3.80 up to € 30. From 30 € we ship free of charge.

Deliveries to Austria:

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 6.90 € for Austria. Shipping is free of charge for purchases over 50 €.

Deliveries to other EU countries:

The applicable shipping costs are a flat rate of €14.90 for the following countries: Cyprus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom.

Shipping partner

We ship our items with the shipping partners DHL and Hermes.

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods shall take place in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The invoice amount must be settled within 7 days in the case of payment on account.
